i used my solution the night i receive and was struggling to collaborate it stops at the last stage and i try 3 times than the next day i send a message on whats up asking if maybe my Prob is broken and ask for advise the message was send and the person that uses that number from the shop did read (you know when someone read on whats up it shows) and that person never reply not even say i will check or anything he just ignore my message i think this is rude as a shop you should say something, i know i did not purchase the system from you but these should not be the case, i was very disappoint on how their treat their customer just because i spend less than R200
